Debris removal
What cannot be saved comes out. Then the work can start.
After water, mold or a fire, the first thing between you and a dry, clean building is usually the stuff that is ruined: soggy drywall, soaked carpet and pad, a sofa that took on water, boxes of stored contents, charred material. It has to come out before anything else can be done.
That is this job. We clear the ruined material and contents, carry them out without spreading them through the rest of the building, haul them away, and leave the property clear and ready for the next stage — whether that is drying, remediation or reconstruction.
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including emergencies. If the building is still wet, say so on the call — the clear-out and the drying get planned together.

On the job
Rooms as we found them, and the truck they come out to.
Photographs from our own jobs. Nothing here is a stock picture of a skip.

What comes out
Ruined material and ruined contents.
Not everything wet or smoky has to go. Part of the job is telling the difference, and telling you which is which before anything is carried out.
What has to be removed is separated from what can be cleaned, dried or repaired, and anything worth keeping is set aside for you rather than thrown on the pile.
- Saturated drywall, plaster, insulation and ceiling tile.
- Carpet, pad and flooring that took contaminated water.
- Furniture, mattresses and soft goods that cannot be saved.
- Charred material, soot-damaged contents and burned debris.
- Bagged porous material removed from a contained area.
- Boxes, paper and stored contents ruined by water or smoke.
If a wall or a floor has to be opened to clear it, we say so first — and in an older building the material is looked at before it is cut.
How it runs
Out, away, and clear.
Four steps. The last one is the one that matters: the property has to be usable by whoever comes next.

We look first, and photograph it
What has to come out, what can be saved, and what is in the way of the drying or the cleaning. Everything is photographed before it moves, because a pile at the curb is worth nothing on a claim.
- 02
Contained, so it does not travel
Where the material is contaminated, it is bagged and carried out through the shortest route, with the floor and the path protected. Debris does not get dragged through the rooms that were fine.
- 03
Out and away
We load it and take it away rather than stacking it in the yard or leaving it in a dumpster for the neighbors to look at. What can be set aside for the owner — documents, valuables, anything worth cleaning — is separated first.
- 04
Clear and ready
The property is left clear and swept, so the drying, the reconstruction or the next trade can start without clearing somebody else’s mess first. That is the whole point of the step.
Cost and estimate
The inspection and estimate are free. The clear-out is priced from what is there.
It starts with a limited free inspection and estimate, with no obligation. We come out, look at the problem properly, and tell you what the job involves and what it will cost. There is no charge for that visit and nothing is agreed until you say so.
What the work itself costs depends on what we actually find — how far the damage reached, what has to be removed, and how long the drying or cleaning takes. That is exactly why the inspection comes first.
