Insurance and payment
A claim, or your own money. Both are welcome.
Some of the work we do is paid through an insurance claim. Some of it is paid directly by the owner of the building. We take both, and neither is treated as the awkward one.
If you do not yet know which it will be — and most people do not, in the first hour — you do not have to work that out before you call. Describe what you are seeing and we will talk it through with you.
One number, and a person answers it. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including emergencies.

What changes is who pays the invoice. Not how the work is done.
Water, smoke and mold do not care whether a policy is involved. The building still gets measured, contained, dried and documented.
Filing a claim
You are going through insurance
- We record the loss as we work: photographs, moisture readings and a written scope, so you have a record of what we found and what we did.
- The scope is written down before work starts — what is wet, what can be dried where it is, what has to come out, and why.
- If your adjuster wants to talk the job through, we will talk to them.
Paying directly
You are paying for it yourself
- The job is scoped the same way whether an insurance company is involved or not.
- You get the scope in writing before work starts, so you know what is included.
- If it turns out you do not need us at all, we will tell you that.
We cannot tell you whether your policy will cover a loss. That depends on your policy, the cause, and your adjuster — not on us. What we can tell you is what we are looking at, what the work involves, and what you will want to have documented.
Not sure yet
That is the most common answer, and it is a fine place to start.
Plenty of people call before they have opened a claim, or before they have decided whether to. Tell us what happened and where the building is, and we will tell you what we think the job involves. Then you can decide how you want to handle it — with your insurer, on your own, or a bit of both.

Ask us before you decide anything.
A short call is usually enough to know what you are dealing with, and whether a claim is worth opening. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including emergencies.
