Water, mold, fire and asbestos problems are the same everywhere, and so is the work: find how far it reached, remove what cannot be saved, dry and clean what stays, and document all of it. We do that across Chicago’s North Shore and the northwest suburbs.

What we handle
The same four problems, in every one of them.
A suburb is not a different trade. An older house off the lake and a newer build out west still need the moisture measured and the work documented — the materials and the age of the building are what change.

- Extraction, structural drying and the readings that prove a building is dry again.
- Mold testing
- Assessment, air and surface samples analyzed by an independent laboratory, and a written report of the findings.
- Mold remediation
- Containment, removal and cleaning — with the moisture source found and fixed, not just the growth wiped away.
- Fire and smoke
- Soot removal, cleaning and odor treatment, on top of the water the hoses left behind.
- Asbestos and lead
- Sampling before anything is opened in an older building, and abatement when it has to come out.
